Five ways that I have human capital:
Determination: When I have work to do I put in the time and effort to get it done. I do not allow myself to get distracted when I am doing my work.
Accountable: When I am asked to do something I do it. I will not drop a commitment if I had already agreed to it.
Honesty: If a friend asks for honest advice I will give it to them. I prefer not to lie because it would be disrespectful to the person I am lying to.
Open to communication: When something needs to be talked about between someone and myself I am open to having that conversation.
Ambitious: I constantly set high goals for myself. Then whenever I finish one goal I set another. I can never do something without a goal in mind.
In this interview, my father goes into detail about what traits he sees in me that set me apart from everyone else. These traits were mostly seen while handling school project from high school.
In this interview, my mom shares that she is proud of the way I handle my time. She believes that I can get any project done on time because of the way I organize myself.
In this interview, my brother shares that I do apologize for my actions. He thinks that I am someone who means what they say by doing so.
In this interview, my friend shares that they think I am smart. In addition, they enjoy how I have patience.
In this interview, a friend of mine explains why they find me to be empathetic. They think I can put myself in their shoes.
Reflection:
It was interesting seeing that two people close to me think I am empathetic. I usually only see my human capital when it comes to school projects. I really did appreciate the nice things my parents had to say about me considering that they saw me grow up. I also enjoyed the things my friends had to say about me and how I am able to be there for them.

Hi Trenton,
ReplyDeleteGreat call on the recorded interviews. It really gives a good feel to the interviews too, I feel like with an actual camera present I would get more serious answers to questions and more focus from my interviewees.
Hi Trenton,
ReplyDeleteI saw your interviews are so much better than mine. You are facing the camera and makes me feel serious about the questions. It is good that you give the explanations for each interview. And each person have different views about you.
