2) A reflection on the feedback you received from your last pitch. Describe what stood out to you as important, what feedback surprised you the most, what feedback you think was outright wrong or silly or amazing and inciteful.
My feedback was very positive. Someone commented on how I was able to make adjustments to my second pitch without viewing the feedback I received as insults which were nice to hear. In addition, I was asked to make a few sections of my pitch more concise. This was actually helpful because there was the new section I was hoping to add and this would make time for it.
3) What did you change, based on the feedback?
What I changed is making a few moments in my pitch more concise. If the goal is to get the pitch down to a minute then I talk faster and shorten up what I am saying. This will help me bring it down 30 seconds to keep it at a minute. With that time I am losing I want to keep the main points in it that I want to stress. Also, I want to continue to give my pitch in a confident way. There was some comment on this so I want to continue that.
Hi Trenton,
ReplyDeleteGreat adjustments to your pitch. I am also trying to work on getting my pitch length down because when you're actually out there I feel like there really isn't too much time to convey your ideas, and the faster you can convey your idea the more efficient a person can be.
Hi Trenton,
ReplyDeleteYou seem really confident and professional in your video. Before you seem shyer but now we can see a person that is confident in what is saying. You spoke clearly and it was easy to follow. I am glad to see that you reduce the duration of the video. Great job!
